"Feeling good, my first match" - Syahhftw

Velocity Gaming concede 2-0 series to Revenant Esports

It's been a tough start to the Skyesports Masters League Stage. After six games, Velocity Gaming lie at the bottom of the table, as the team is yet to register their first win.

The signs weren't too good either, Velocity were handed heavy defeats in most of their games and with the team yet to settle on their final five, there was instability outside and inside the server. The team switched between The_Guru, MaChOleleR and TAV and finally their import player, Syahhftw has joined them.

While Syahhftw's debut wasn't what he had hoped for, there were some signs of promise in the first half on Inferno. Those fizzled out quickly and while the team looks to find some consistency, Syahhftw spoke to us for a quick chat after Velocity Gaming's 0-2 loss to Revenant Esports.

1st match with your team, great individual performance on Inferno, can you talk about that and what went wrong for you guys on Inferno?

"Feeling good, my first match. We got tilted because we threw wrong smokes. It's only my second day in India, I'm not comfortable yet."

What happened on Overpass? Did you at any point have a talk about switching things up?

"We did not have time to prepare for Overpass. It happens to any team who doesn't prepare the map, we didn't have time to prepare all the maps."

Finally your main roster is here together, What are your plans going forward in the tournament, any big changes?

"Hope so! Hopefully."
