G2 take down Lynn Vision
The last time G2 faced Lynn Vision, they had a rough go of things, even taking a 1v5 loss to starry. But the EU-mix had a much easier time at EPL taking a close win in the first map and closing out the series in 2.
Starting Anubis off, G2 picked up the pistol and dominated the early rounds of the half, going up 10-1. m0NESY, hunter and jks were all popping off and even HooXi was chipping in with key frags. But in the final rounds, Lynn Vision's defence stopped G2 thanks to Jee's AWP.
Moving to the second half, G2's pistol put them up at 12. Lynn Vision finally found their footing on the T side as westmelon's AK was hitting its shots. The Asian side was nearly tied up but G2 barely kept them away and moved to matchpoint. Jee's AWP once again took over and pushed his squad to Overtime. In OT, G2 cleared the board taking the map 1-0.
Inferno was a similar start, with G2 kicking off on a 7-1 streak. And once again they closed the half with a 5 round streak. The second half however denied Lynn Vision any chance at a comeback, and G2 closed the series out 16-5.
