9INE stunned by Lynn Vision
The Group D elimination match saw Lynn Vision take on 9INE to keep their ESL Pro League Season 18 campaign alive.
The opening map of the series saw Lynn Vision's pick of Anubis with the Chinese team starting on the T side. 9INE picked up the opening pistol thanks to a triple from Kylar on the Dualies and kept it clean to convert against the force and eco. Lynn Vision got on the board in round 4 as they walked into an empty A site with upgraded pistols and managed to hold on. Lynn Vision made it four in a row to take the lead of the map before the Poles tied up the game again. Four though was all 9INE could manage as Lynn Vision ended with an 11-4 lead.
A hades double opener with the P250 saw 9INE take the second pistol but Lynn Vision bounced back with a force and it was back-and-forth early on. A Jee triple with the AWP in a 4v5 helped Lynn Vision retake on the A site to take map point before closing the map at 16-10. It was Starry and Jee on top of the scoreboard with 27 and 21 kills respectively.
The second map was 9INE's home map of Vertigo with the Poles starting on the T side. 9INE picked up the opening pistol starting on the T side and went 4-0 up before Lynn Vision got their first round. A Kylar 1v2 saw 9INE secure their seventh and a mynio triple opener on the B site saw 9INE win out the half at 8-4. 9INE ended the opening half with a 9-6 lead.
z4kr's A site opener saw Lynn Vision keep a clean pistol to kick the second half off and after converting against the force and eco, Lynn Vision tied the game at 9-9. 9INE shut down Lynn Vision on ramp to pick up the first gun round to retake the lead but the rounds kept trading as Lynn Vision answered right back. 9INE finally found their footing on their CT side to string together a couple of rounds and a hades 1v2 on the B site saw 9INE secure map point. A mynio triple helped 9INE turn around a 4v5 to close the map at 16-10 with hades on top of the scoreboard on Vertigo with 21 kills.
The series decider was Overpass with 9INE retaking on the B site to take the opening pistol but z4kr opened up the B site with a double with the Galil to see Lynn Vision bounce back with the force buy. Lynn Vision got 3 in a row before a Kylar 1v3 saw 9INE get their second round and it was a hades 1v1 on the B site which saw the Poles tie up the game. It was a 8-7 half for 9INE as they recovered their CT side after going 3-7 down.
hades' triple helped 9INE win the final pistol of the series. 9INE converted against the following force buy but with a saved Scout, Jee came in with a crucial 1v2 to see Lynn Vision get their first round. A team ace saw 9INE secure map, match and series point but Lynn Vision fought on as EmiliaQAQ's 1v1 against mynio on an upgraded pistol buy with one Scout saw the Chinese team get their 12th. EmiliaQAQ's 1v1 against hades saw him come in with two crucial clutches in back-to-back rounds saw the game go all 30 rounds. A stellar A hold from Starry and Jee saw Lynn Vision get four in a row to take the map to overtime.

Jee's 1v2 on the B site saw Lynn Vision pick up the opening round of overtime on the CT side. It was a flawless CT side from Lynn Vision saw them go 18-15 up but 9INE came in with their own flawless CT side to take the map to double overtime.
z4kr's 1v2 clutch saw Lynn Vision tie the score at 20-20 and then hades missed a sitter against the defuser which put Lynn Vision on match point and the Chinese team closed the map at 22-20 as it was Westmelon and z4kr leading the charge for the Chinese team with 33 kills each.
