MOUZ pummel G2 to secure Semi-Final spot
The quarterfinal match brought us to an intense matchup between MOUZ and G2, set on Mirage, with Ancient as the second map and Inferno awaiting as the ultimate tiebreaker if required.

The initial map delivered a gripping, back-and-forth contest. G2 ignited the proceedings with a blazing 5-0 lead. However, as the first half drew to a close, thanks to stellar performances by siuhy and frozen, MOUZ recovered, securing an 8-7 halftime score that nearly mirrored G2's earlier dominance. The second half saw MOUZ take their resurgence a step further, embarking on a 4-round spree to establish an 11-8 lead. Although G2 managed to claim 5 of the next 6 rounds, crucial saves by MOUZ played a pivotal role in maintaining their economic stability. As the match neared its climax, MOUZ held onto their composure, eventually clinching the game with a 16-13 victory.

Furious after the first map loss, G2 charged onto the T-side of Ancient with the Kovac brothers at the helm, igniting the game with an explosive 5-0 start. Despite some intense retakes by MOUZ, G2 pushed forward, carrying a commanding 9-6 lead into the second half. MOUZ kicked off the second half on a promising note, securing the first three rounds, but just when it seemed they might turn the tables, G2 mounted a comeback, inching closer to victory with five map points within their grasp. While torzsi showcased an outstanding performance in the second half, boasting an impressive 1.50 rating, MOUZ fell short as G2 clinched the second map with a nail-biting 16-14 scoreline.

Inferno started off with MOUZ displaying an extremely strong CT defense. frozen's control of Banana created ample space for torzsi to shine on the A-side, where he went on a rampage, driving MOUZ to an impressive 8-1 lead. Nevertheless, G2 found their footing once more, thanks to some heroics from m0NESY and NiKo, enabling them to narrow the gap and finish the half at a competitive 6-9 scoreline. MOUZ wasted no time in the second half, securing the pistol round and riding a wave of strong momentum that led to a resounding 16-7 victory, conceding only a single round to the CTs.
