CS2 becomes Valve's second lowest rated game

Valve came through with their stipulated summer release for CS2, but the release felt incomplete, lacking several game modes and a few core features of the game such as workshop maps and community servers.

A quick look at the reviews from CS2's release to the current day (28/09/2023 to 13/10/2023) shows the community's discontent with just over 50% positivity towards the game.

Players are seen complaining in the reviews about how Valve took down CS:GO along with it's 167 achievements and the community definitely did not like Valve's tactic of merging CS:GO's reviews and ratings with CS2, to put up a more positive forefront, among a lot of other things.

Despite the bitter start, Valve is pushing updates almost on a daily basis, fixing bugs that the community have been pointing out and are polishing the game to better match CS:GO.
