Astralis choke against Complexity in Fall Final opener
The final game of the opening day of BLAST Premier Fall Final saw Complexity go up against home team Astralis.
Complexity got things underway on the Danes' pick of Ancient with a 7-5 lead on their CT side and then managed to hold on to close it out at 13-9 as floppy and EliGE were on top of the scoreboard with 24 kills each.
Astralis started Overpass with a 10-2 wipeout on their CT side and were looking to close it out but Complexity pulled back 10 rounds in a row to take it to overtime as the Danes failed to close it out with 10 map points.
It was a flawless first half in overtime 1 from Complexity and JT and the boys brought it all the way back from 2-12 to take Overpass at 16-12 and clean up the series 2-0.
Complexity will take on Vitality in the next game while Astralis are all set to face Heroic in the Danish derby.
