True Rippers start ESEA League S48 with back to back wins

DayMake frags out in both games

With a week to go for the Skyesports Championship 2024, True Rippers have begun their ESEA League Season 48 campaign. In the South-East Asian Open division, the Indian team has started their run with back to back bo1 wins.

True Rippers began their season against FCD esports on Anubis where the Indian team recovered after a shaky start to bounce back and salvage a 7-5 half in their favor. Dropping the pistol and anti-eco in the second half, True Rippers bought up and didn't look back, closing out Anubis 13-7 off of a 6-rounds win streak.

DEFAULTER led from the front, dropping 19 frags complimenting their Russian AWP DayMake who himself put up 19 frags, locking the opposition out of crucial areas.

In the second round, True Rippers squared up against megamega. The bo1 took us to Ancient where True Rippers started on the CT-side and after winning the initial few rounds they let things slip away as megamega locked in a 7-5 half in their favor. The second half saw megamega get off to a good start but DayMake and Mcg1LLzZz stepped up as True Rippers recovered and closed out Ancient 13-11.

The hard fought narrow win netted True Rippers their second consecutive win putting them in the top 3 alongside Sheer Conquer and Nalakuvara.
