Positive outing for Indian teams in the latest round of M88 Mansion Open League S2
After mixed results in the opening round of games at the M88 Mansion Open League Season 2, the Indians teams were back in action and had a strong outing in the second round of games.
Here's a quick recap of how the Indian teams fared.
Victores Sumus 25 - 21 HXG Esports
Victores Sumus took on HXG Esports in their round 2 game with the BO1 taking place on Inferno. It was a back-and-forth affair right from the start as neither team gave the other an inch which pushed the match to four ovetimes. It was Victores Sumus who eventually locked in a 25-21 win with arakyN having an absolutely stellar performance, dropping 45 kills while BENZENE, RayzeR and ChAmPcs ended with 37, 31 and 30 kills respectively.
The other games saw Unity Gaming get a bye against Team FERN46 and Project Lethals also got themselves on the board with a bye win against Team Arissune. While Unity Gaming and Project Lethals got byes thanks to their opponents not getting in the server, Red Commitee gave KhaoSoi45 a walkover with the former not joining the server for the game. The other two Indian teams, Gods Reign and F4F were supposed to take on each other in the other game for the Indian teams but with player unavailability, the match has been rescheduled to September 15, 2024.
Following the second round games, Victores Sumus remains the highest ranked Indian team at #4 in the table standings with Project Lethals in #11 and Unity Gaming at #14. F4F and Gods Reign hold #15 and #16 place respectively, although they have played only one game till now. Red Commitee is the lowest ranked Indian team at #22 out of 24 teams.
