Disappointing start to M88 Mansion Open League Season 2 for Project Lethals

Amongst the couple of Indian teams taking part in the M88 Mansion Open League Season 2 Group Stage 1, Project Lethals started their campaign with a close loss to fellow Indians F4F.

Taking place on Inferno, the BO1 saw F4F start with a big 8-4 lead in the opening half as they looked like they would rush to a comfortable win. Project Lethals fought back but failed to make the comeback stick as F4F stole away a 13-11 win in the final round of regulation with 1ngloriousM and AK_g402 topping the scoreboard with 19 kills each.

Unity Gaming, one of the other Indian teams at the event faced Ghostprotocol in their first round game and were beaten convincingly 3-13 on Ancient. The other Indian teams in the event are Gods Reign, Red Commitee, Unity Gaming and Victores Sumus with both Gods Reign and Victores Sumus starting their campaigns with walkovers in their opening game.

F4F will be up against Bhavi and co. next while Victores Sumus will take on HXG Esports, with both games taking place on September 14, 2024. Project Lethals meanwhile will face Team Arissune on the same day as well. Red Commitee is scheduled to take on KhaoSoi45 while Unity gaming have Team FERN46 lined up next.
