US likely to host CS Major after 4 years
HLTV has reported that BLAST are looking to bring 2025's first Major to the United States, marking the return of Counter-Strike Majors to NA after four years. With regard to the venue, HLTV's sources have mentioned Austin, Texas to be the frontrunner currently. It is speculated that an official announcement could come our way at the upcoming BLAST Spring Final.
Over a week ago, BLAST Premier took to X, announcing that they would unveil the 2025 BLAST Premier circuit's format and locations at the BLAST Spring Final with the caption reading: "It's time we let you in on some secrets we've been hiding".
It would be a great opportunity for BLAST to be able to run a Major in the new ecosystem

The United States hosted their last Counter-Strike Major in 2018 (ELEAGUE Boston 2018). The event saw Cloud9 taking down FaZe in a hard-fought grand-final to claim their maiden Major title. 2025's first Major is scheduled to take place in June and the second Major is set to commence in the first week of December.
