Vantage parts ways with Skullhunter

IGL leaves the team

Australian team Vantage have announced a roster update for the Counter-Strike 2 team with their IGL Skullhunter parting ways with the team.

The organisation put out a statement stating that Skullhunter has decided to 'step away from the active playing roster with immediate effect' following mutual agreement. Skullhunter joined the team in January 2024, after stints with The Big Dogs and sunday school.

Under Skullhunter's leadership, the team currently lies fifth in the ESL Challenger League Season 47 Ocenia standings, with FlyQuest, Rooster, Bad News Kangaroos and Mindfreak above them. The Australian team are next in action on June 6, 2024 in the Lower Bracket game against Mindfreak at the ESL Challenger League Season 47 Oceania.

Skullhunter himself took to X to state that the decision stemmed from scheduling conflicts and also not everyone being on the same page with the ideologies.

With Skullhunter departing, the Vantage roster is:
