Gods Reign bounce back after tough ECL outing
After suffering two big defeats the day earlier, Gods Reign got their ESL Challenger League Season 48 Asia campaign back on track against KENLA Gaming, picking up two crucial BO1 wins.
The first BO1 saw the action head to Inferno, where it was a tied opening half with the Indian team starting on the T side. With the duo of R2B2 and Ph1NNN powering up, Gods Reign managed to close out the map in the final round of regulation to lock in a 13-11 win.
Moving to Ancient for the second BO1, it was all Gods Reign as nine-round defensive half helped the Indian team ease to a 13-3 win with their captain Bhavi topping the scoreboard with 19 kills while reV3nnnn was close behind with 18 kills.
The two BO1 wins against KENLA Gaming help Gods Reign move two places up in the league standings and Bhavi's boys are now in 10th place with 36 points with 12 wins and 16 losses.
