4EVERCOOL's resilience pulls them through to the Critical Resurgence final

4EVERCOOL beat ALL STAR in the first semi-final of Bharat Ascend Esports' Rivalry Rush: Critical Resurgence, putting up two massive comebacks on both maps to lock in a 2-0 series win and move into the Grand Final of the INR 10,000 tournament.

ALL STAR's pick of Ancient got the semi-final underway and it was a stellar T side from ALL STAR that saw them race away to a 9-3 half. A late A hit saw 4EVERCOOL pick up a crucial T side pistol which helped them gain momentum to go on to tie up the score at 9-9. 4EVERCOOL closed out the map on a flawless T side to steal a 13-9 win to draw first blood in the semi-final.

ALL STAR kicked off 4EVERCOOL's pick of Nuke with a 6-0 start on their CT half before a top site hit saw 4EVERCOOL get on the board. It was all ALL STAR though as they managed to take a four-round lead on their defensive half. 4EVERCOOL managed to pull things back once again in the second half which saw ALL STAR having to hold on to push it to overtime with Kewk and Clashy's openers being crucial for them to not go down in regulation.

4EVERCOOL managed to hold on to deny a third map as they closed Nuke at 16-13 with 5moke and Owned stepping up on Nuke, ending at the top of the table with 29 and 26 kills respectively. 4EVERCOOL's 2-0 win sees them become the first team to move into the Grand Final's of Critical Resurgence. They will now await the winner of the second semi-final between FATAL 5 and Frag Theory.
