Frag Theory makes Critical Resurgence final over FATAL 5

Stellar T sides from Frag Theory saw them take down FATAL 5 in the second semi-final of Bharat Ascend Esports' Rivalry Rush: Critical Resurgence with Frag Theory's 2-0 win helping them move into the final with relative ease.

Inferno saw FATAL 5 run away to a 5-0 start on their pick before Frag Theory's defence finally managed to get going and a couple of B shutdowns helped Frag Theory end the half with five defence rounds, closing the half with three straight rounds. Frag Theory evened out the pistols on Inferno before tieing up the score at 7-7. A crucial hattygOD clutch got FATAL 5 their first CT round which they used to quickly hit double digits. Ten, though, was all FATAL 5 could manage as despite LaacFaze's heroics, it was Frag Theory closing Inferno at 13-10.

Ancient was a back and forth start with Frag Theory starting with the CT pistol. FATAL 5 seemed to have found some momentum but late impact in the half from Grudge and DJ saw Frag Theory close the half with four in a row to take a two round lead. Frag Theory picked up both pistols on their map pick and hattygOD and Antivirus retaking a 2v3 on the A site helped FATAL 5 pick up their first and only CT round as Frag Theory ran away with a 13-6 win to seal a 2-0 win.

Frag Theory will now take on 4EVERCOOL in the Grand Final of Rivalry Rush: Critical Resurgence.
