Medal began their campaign in prime fashion, looking like a completely reformed team. With their players looking sharp, they quickly got off to a 4-0 lead. However, Marcos turned the tide by claiming two consecutive rounds, disrupting Medal's economy, and shifting momentum in their favor. Despite Busterrr and SH4DY's valiant efforts to keep Medal in contention, as the half unfolded, it was Mcg1LLzZz's sublime form that propelled MG to transition to the CT side with a slender 8-7 lead.

MG started their CT side looking invincible. They went on a five-round streak until Tony provided his team with a double opening, leading to a three-round streak. However, the pivotal moment arrived when the score stood at 13-11, as MG executed a round masterfully with a mix of desert eagles, a mag-7, and M4s. It not only boosted MG's economy and morale significantly but also dealt a crippling blow to ME. As a result, MG clinched the first map with an imposing score of 16-11.

MG started Inferno where they left Overpass off, claiming the first 4 rounds. Busterrr's two crucial openings on the A site developed into a 3 round streak before MG retaliated with 4 more rounds of their own. It took heroics from the individual plays from ME to stay competitive, as Rossi and Cara added two more rounds with a 1v2 and a 1v3 clutch respectively. But ME bounced back with desert eagles and claimed a 10-5 lead going into the second half.

While ME got 4 rounds to kickoff their CT campaign to take the score to 9-10, MG responded with a tec-9 B rush victory. The game burnt down to a wire, with both teams putting forth their utmost efforts. Ultimately, it all boiled down to a critical 1v1 situation between Busterrr and Rider at 12-10, and unfortunately for Busterrr, despite getting a kill, he lost the round to time. As a result, MG came forth with a 16-13 victory.
