The Draft - Open qualifiers begin today

The event concludes with a LAN in Malaysia

The eagerly anticipated Indo-Pak Counter-Strike event, The Draft kicks off today with the qualifiers with the matches scheduled to get underway from 17:00 IST. The first phase sees a 64-slot single-elimination bracket for both regions. Two Indian teams advance to the online group stage, where they will join four invited Indian teams.

In the Pakistani bracket five teams will advance to the next round to join one invited team. In the group stage, things switch over to the round-robin format for both regions. Top three teams from India and Pakistan will go through to the finals phase- the Super 6 LAN.

In the Super 6, a Counter-Strike legend will be drafted into each team. These final six teams will lock horns in a double-elimination bracket on LAN for the $50,000 USD prize pool.
