BLEED sees off B8
In the Quarter-Finals of the Skyesports Championship 2024 Europe Closed Qualifiers, BLEED clashed against B8. The BO3 kicked off on Anubis, where BLEED started on the offensive while B8 stayed on the defensive. Despite a back and forth exchange, BLEED managed to secure a 7-5 lead.
However, after halftime, as the sides switched BLEED completely shut down the T-side of B8 right from the get go. As a result, the match ended with a 13-5 victory for BLEED. Next map took us to Mirage, which was a pick of B8. Despite losing the pistol, the retaliated with a force buy victory to string together 3 round wins.
However, they could only manage one more round in the half, trailing behind 8-4 at halftime. Nevertheless, a strong start to the CT side brought them back to the game, as scores were tied at the end of regulation. However, BLEED soon closed out the game in Overtime, winning by a 16-13 margin.
