Bharat Ascend: Breaking Point announced

Bharat Ascend has announced "Breaking Point", the second tournament in their Rivalry Rush Counter-Strike 2 circuit, scheduled to begin on 8th November 2024. The tournament follows the success of their previous event "Face Off", which saw Frag Theory emerge victorious over Wasted Potential in the grand-final.

Breaking Point will feature a ₹10,000 INR prize pool, with an additional incentive for the tournament MVP who will receive a Counter-Strike 2 skin. The competition will follow a straightforward single-elimination format, starting with 16 teams. While the initial rounds will be bo1 matches, the latter end will host bo3s starting from the semi-finals.

A live broadcast of the event will run from the semi-final onwards on Bharat Ascend's YouTube Channel.

Teams can now register for the tournament with a 500 INR entry fee. Teams reaching the semi-finals will automatically qualify for the next event in the circuit, "Vengeance Rising," without any additional registration fees. This tournament continues the Rivalry Rush circuit that was announced earlier this year, providing another competitive platform for Indian Counter-Strike 2 teams.
