Revenant's CS2 roster looking for a new home

NBK and co. set to part ways with Indian organisation

Indian esports organisation Revenant has allowed their Counter-Strike roster, to look for new teams as 'Restricted Free Agents' as per a statement released by the team's captain NBK-.

Revenant got together NBK-, lauNX, Nivera, adeX and reiko together towards the end of May 2024 and officially revealed their roster in early June 2024. The team played mostly in online tournaments, winning a couple of them, such as the United 21 League Season 17 and United21 League Season 18 while also coming to India to play in the Skyesports Championship 2024, where they finished at the bottom of Group B, with four losses from as many games.

Revenant were last seen in action in the Winline Insight Season 5 online tournament, where they withdrew from the event.

Revenant, a well-known name in the Indian esports community, moved away from an Indian line-up, picking up an European roster after mixed results in the Counter-Strike scene in 2023. The organisation had boasted of Indian players such as f1redup, Bhavi, SpawN etc, who all played under the Revenant banner in 2023 and the organisation had two big LAN runners-up finishes, finishing second to Gods Reign at the Skyesports Masters 2023 and second to Marcos Gaming at the DreamHack Hyderabad Invitational 2023. After a brief period of absence from Counter-Strike between November 2023 and June 2024, the organisation returned with a full European roster in hopes of achieving international glory.

adeX left the team in October 2024, with the player himself announcing his departure, although the organisation did not put out an official statement on the matter. Three weeks later, NBK- has put out the statement of the other players' looking for a new home. NBK- has announced that he's looking for a new home, while Romanian player lauNX, has stood in for ECLOT recently, taking part in the YaLLa Compass Fall 2024 Contenders and the Winline Insight Season 6.
