GR Gaming come out on top of MESA Asia Series #1

The Grand Final of the $10,000 1xBet MESA Asia Series #1 kicked off between GR Gaming and IHC with Inferno, Ancient, and Anubis as the three maps.

The Bo3 kicked off on Inferno, where two equal halves after IHC started on the T-side took the game to Overtime. After 3 rounds of Overtime, and 7Nation’s 37 kills being the difference-maker, GR Gaming managed to secure a 22-19 win.

The second map Ancient, GR’s pick, started off with them on the T-side. Despite an initial 1-5 deficit, they managed to tie the score at halftime. With weqt2 emerging as the most impactful player on the server, boasting a 100+ ADR, GR closed out game with a 13-9 win.
