ZywOo earns 21st HLTV MVP; levels s1mple's record

After Vitality's phenomenal showing against Spirit in the grand final of IEM Katowice 2025, the team lifted marked their first IEM Katowice win and in the hours that followed, Vitality's ZywOo was awarded the HLTV MVP of tournament. This was ZywOo's 21st HLTV MVP in his career.

ZywOo tops the list of elites and is now tied with s1mple for the most HLTV MVPs earned throughout a player's career. s1mple and ZywOo have both received 21 HLTV MVP medals, 14 of which were for big events. device, GeT_RiGhT and kennyS round off the top five.

With s1mple's current situation in Counter-Strike 2, ZywOo looks well set to surpass the stellar Ukrainian AWPer and break the record for the most HLTV MVPs earned.
