Lynn Vision ease past UR
The last quarter-final of the BLAST Rising Asia Spring 2025 saw Lynn Vision taking on UR in a Chinese derby. Lynn Vision were definitely the favorites coming into the match up considering the ranking difference between the teams and Lynn Vision delivered on all fronts.
UR's map pick of Inferno opened the bo3 series and UR started on the T-side. Lynn Vision's T-side was a sight to behold as four of their players put up ratings in excess of 1.5 with z4kr leading the charge with a 1.71 rating CT-side performance. After securing a 10-2 half, Lynn Vision kept it clean and closed out Inferno 13-2, getting one step closer to the semi-final.
UR had to take down Lynn Vision on their own map pick of Dust2 just to stay alive and push the series into the decider but Lynn Vision once again stopped UR's T-side in their tracks, giving them just three rounds in the first half. Following the 9-3 lead, Lynn Vision won four rounds in a row and closed the match right out the gate in the second half, 13-3 as UR were able to secure just five rounds throughout the series.
Lynn Vision now head to the semi-final where they face the Mongolian side, The Huns. UR crash out of BLAST Rising Asia Spring 2025 in the quarter-final after making a lower-bracket run in the closed qualifier.
