Gods Reign claim the second final spot over FIREDUP Gaming

Gods Reign are set to play against Marcos Gaming in the finals of CS:GO Pro League

After getting a walkover on the first map due to FIREDUP Gaming not showing up in time, Gods Reign kickstarted their CT side on the second map Mirage by getting an early 2-0 start, led by a strong B defense on the pistol round. However, the same B defense came crumbling down in the first buy round, as FIREDUP Gaming was able to secure the bombsite with ease, putting up their first round on board. While Gods Reign denied momentum by claiming the following round, FIREDUP continued finding success on the B bombsite, as they overtook the CTs to a 4-3 lead. Nevertheless, Ph1nnn emerged as the protagonist for his team, amassing 17 kills in the first half, which helped propel Gods Reign to a commanding 10-5 lead at halftime.

After claiming the first two rounds of the second half, Ember clutched a 1v2 in the first buy round to take his team to a commanding 13-5 lead. FIREDUP broke through the relentless aggression of the Terrorists, as they claimed the 20th round by foiling their mid-take with well-coordinated hits from window and B short. However, it didn't take long for Gods Reign to find their feet back into the game, as they got over the line with just deagles, securing the game 16-8 on the back of another 1v2 clutch from Ember.
