Marcos Gaming eliminate Legacy Esports, secure semi-finals spot

Marcos Gaming got off to a 3-0 start on the CT-side of Mirage but after a 2v2 went in favor of Legacy Esports, they levelled the score at 3-3. Gh0sTTTT's CT-side AWP alongside Rossi's calculated aggression towards mid and A-ramp sent Legacy Esports spiraling, putting them at a 3-10 disadvantage. Even when opening duels went in favor of Legacy Esports, they could not get past Marcos Gaming's defense and convert the round.

Marcos Gaming put up a 9-round win streak on their CT-side to close out a 12-3 half in their favor with Gh0sTTTT making his AWP sing with 19 frags in a single half.

Legacy Esports came alive on their CT-side, starting off with a 5-round winning streak, in an attempt to close in on Marcos Gaming's lead at 12-8, which was shortly broken by Marcos Gaming, inching closer towards match point. Legacy Esports managed claw back 2 more before Marcos Gaming reached match point at 15-10 and closed out Mirage 16-10, going 1-0 up in the series, giving them an edge over Legacy Esports, going into their own map pick, Ancient. Gh0sTTTT finished Mirage with 29 frags for Marcos Gaming.

After initial back and forth trades on Ancient, Marcos Gaming found momentum towards the end of their T-half, putting up a 9-6 first half in their favor. DEFAULTER led from the front, dropping 15 frags in the first half for Marcos Gaming. Everyone stepped up for Legacy Esports but could not secure the half in their favor.

Marcos Gaming got off to a strong start on their CT-side, going 13-6. Legacy Esports broke the streak at 13-7 and had a chance to close the gap but even with a shaky buy, Marcos Gaming converted the round and very soon, Legacy Esports were playing with a weak buy with their backs against 8 match points at 7-15. It came down to a 2v2 which Rossi and Gh0sTTTT converted for Marcos Gaming, closing out Ancient 16-7, confirming their semi-finals spot.
