Falcons manhandle GamerLegion in the Quarter-Finals
The first Quarter-Final at IEM Melbourne 2025 saw Falcons take on an in-form GamerLegion in a Bo3 that spanned across Train, Nuke, leaving Mirage as the decider.
The first map, a pick of GamerLegion, started with them on the T-side. However, it was Falcons to secure the early momentum, as they claimed the first six rounds. GamerLegion looked to bounce back with back-to-back round wins, but high impact fragging from TeSeS restricted them to 3 rounds in the half. From there on out, it was a pure Falcons show, as they seized a 13-3 win.
The next map was Nuke, with Falcons starting on the T-side this time. While GamerLegion were able to start 2-0, Falcons dominated in the buy rounds, conceding only a single round for the remainder of the half. While GamerLegion managed to win the T-pistol, NiKo shut them down in the force buy round to ensure the momentum stayed with Falcons. As a result, Falcons closed the series with a 13-4 win.
