Marcos Gaming secures the double over Team Respect

The final game of the day saw the second game between Marcos Gaming and Team Respect after their close first game on Ancient, in which Marcos edged out Team Respect 13-10.

The action got underway on Inferno with Team Respect taking the opening pistol, starting on the T side. Team Respect dropped another big lead as Marcos Gaming bounced back to take a 8-4 lead at the end of the first half.

Team Respect with the pistol win in the second half and were all set to tie up the score but dropped a round to the pistols that saw Marcos find their footing. Marcos didn't waste much time after that to close the match at 13-7.

With the double win over Team Respect, Marcos Gaming ends day 1 of DreamHack Hyderabad 2023 with 4 BO1 wins and are looking like serious title contenders as they have secured their Playoffs spot.
