Revenant boss teases EU roster

First glimpse of Skyesports' 2024 plans revealed

Revenant's Founder and CEO, Rohit Jagasia took to X earlier today to give us the first glimpse of Skyesports' Counter-Strike plans for 2024 and also about Revenant's future in Counter-Strike.

Earlier last week, Skyesports' CEO and Founder Shiva Nandy had announced that they will be releasing their 'Skyesports Counter-Strike 2024 Global Road Map' after the BLAST Premier World Final 2023.

In his post, Jagasia spoke about his excitement and even mentioned that their will be HLTV Top 20 ranked teams participating in India across various events.

The biggest takeaway from Jagasia's post though is that the Revenant boss mentioned that he is looking to get Revenant back to Counter-Strike with 'an all new EU Team'.

Revenant currently don't have a CS roster, after finishing runner-up in the Skyesports Masters 2023, the team parted ways with their roster following the Skyesports Souvenir 2023 in October 2023. Their rosters which took part in the Masters 2023 and Souvenir 2023 had multiple foreign signings (gump and 3nable at Skyesports Masters 2023 and shandarez and gump at Souvenir 2023).

Since then, Revenant has participated in a couple of events albeit with stand-in rosters and most recently the current KingPins roster represented Revenant at the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 Indian Qualifiers and Esportz Premier Series 2023 Qualifiers.

Following Revenant's failure to make it to the Skyesports Championship 5.0 CS2 LAN event, they did not continue with the KingPins squad. Without a roster, it seems like Revenant will be back in the server in 2024 but with a European team.
