Aurora presses forward in Skyesports Masters
The Upper Bracket of the Skyesports Masters 2024 saw FORZE and Aurora clash in a BO3. The series started off with Aurora's map pick Mirage, which saw two even halves of 6-6, as the game proceeded to Overtime. While the scores got tied yet again in the first OT, Aurora dominated in the second round, clinching the map with a 19-16 score.
The game shifted to FORZE's pick Anubis, where they started their T-side with a 0-4 deficit. Failing to get a hold of momentum restricted to them 4 rounds as the half drew to a close. While they fought back with close retakes, Aurora ultimately sealed the map with a 13-7 scoreline.
The win puts Aurora in the Upper Bracket final and they will take on the winner of the Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) vs BetBoom match. FORZE meanwhile drop to the lower bracket and will face BIG to keep their Skyesports Masters 2024 dreams alive.
