Report: forsaken's coach set to return
Dust2 India has learned from sources close to the matter that True Rippers are bringing in yb to take up the head coach duties. This transition follows the termination of the previous coach, r1ksa, who had been brought in on a trial basis.
Dust2 India reached out to True Rippers to confirm the development but the organisation declined to comment on the matter.
The 32-year-old German coach, formerly associated with OpTic India alongside forsaken, haiVaan, Formless, akS, and StiNg, has a notable history in the scene. Following forsaken's ban, he transitioned to coaching Asking Questions, where he had a brief stint with Rossi during that period. This move marks a reunion between yb and Rossi after a three-year gap.
yb led Asking Questions to win in Rise of Legion: March 2021, and Logitech Esports League India while OpTic India enjoyed a first place finish at ESL India Premiership: Summer 2018 - Challenger League #3, and a second-place finish at ESL India Premiership: Summer 2018 - Starter Cup #3 under his guidance.
