TheMongolz invited to YaLLa Compass 2024

In their recent post on X, YaLLa announced TheMongolz and BetBoom as the final two invitees attending the YaLLa Compass, a LAN event set to take place in Abu Dhabi, UAE from 5th June to 9th June 2024. TheMongolz will be the only Asian representative at the event.

TheMongolz will be coming fresh off of their recent title win at the MESA Pro Series Finals 2024, where they took down ATOX in a convincing 3-0 grand-final, displaying multiple instances of individual brilliance throughout the series.

With a $400,000 USD prize pool on the line, the event features top teams such as Complexity, HEROIC, Cloud9 and Astralis among others. YaLLa Compass Spring and Contenders 2024 have served as a pathway to the event with the Danish team Sashi coming ahead in their 32-map campaign to secure a main event slot.

YaLLa Compass starts with a bo1 round-robin across two groups containing six teams each, sending top three teams from each group to a single-elimination playoffs. Group winners will directly book a berth in the semi-finals while second and third place teams start in the quarter-finals.
