The MongolZ begin ESL Challenger Jönköping with convincing win
After taking back-to-back LAN titles at MESA Nomadic Masters 2024 and YaLLa Compass 2024, The MongolZ got their ESL Challenger Jönköping 2024 campaign underway against Party Astronauts as they were looking for another strong LAN run.
Senzu and Techno hit the ground running, propelling The MongolZ off to a 5-0 start on the T-side of Nuke. Party Astronauts caught The MongolZ off guard with sneaky outside plays a couple of rounds but The MongolZ adjusted quickly to recover and secure a 9-3 half in their favor.
Switching over to the CT-side bLitz and Techno wielded dualies to stop Party Astronauts in their tracks, taking away the pistol round to crush their comeback hopes. TheMongolZ kept it clean and closed out Nuke 13-3 without dropping a single CT-side round.
Every player from TheMongolZ had their moment in the game and put up impact at every turn in stark contrast to Party Astronauts who lacked individual performances with just Wolfy crossing double figures.
