Asia RMR Open Qualifier Day 1 action over ◴ 15:10
Day 1's action at the Asia RMR Open Qualifier is over and we have moved to the quarter-final stage, which will be held tomorrow. We started the day with five Indian teams and two remain. Niory Esports and Victores Sumus are still in contention to make it to the RMR Closed Qualifier and will play their quarter-final games tomorrow.
Victores Sumus moves into quarter-finals ◴ 14:50
Victores Sumus, who were up against Bangladesh' Red ViperZ in their RO16 match, kicked things off on Ancient. After an intial fight from the Bangladeshi team, the Indian team fought back and ran away to a 13-6 win to book their place in the quarter-finals.
Niory Esports knock out Carnival Gaming ◴ 14:35
After a couple of technical pauses, Niory Esports and Carnival Gaming got their RO16 game underway on Anubis. SpawN and co. were no match for Niory as the latter eased to a 13-3 win to end Carnival Gaming's Major hopes.
Project Lethals exit after 0-13 loss ◴ 14:27
After a big upset in their opening game, Project Lethals faced Oni CLAN in their Round of 16 match, where they were blown away on Ancient, going down 0-13. Three players from the Indian team ended up with no kills.
Victores Sumus up against Red ViperZ ◴ 13:48
After getting past compatriots Dr. DOOM's Armey, Victores Sumus are up against Red ViperZ in their Round of 16 game.
Project Lethals stun Dreamscape ◴ 13:44
Project Lethals took on Dreamscape in their opening round game and the Indian team, battling on Dust2, put up a tremendous fight to take down their experienced opponents to lock in a 13-10 win.
Carnival Gaming to face Niory Esports in the Round of 16 ◴ 13:16
After picking up big wins in their opening round of games, Indian teams Carnival Gaming and Niory Esports will face each other in the Round of 16 match.
Carnival Gaming, Niory Esports starts strong ◴ 13:15
Carnival Gaming faced Snap Tap in the opening round game which took place on Anubis. It was a big win for SpawN and his boys, as they locked in a dominating 13-1 win to start the RMR Open Qualifier campaign.
Niory Esports faced DOMINATUS in their opening game, which saw the Indian team head to Mirage for the opening game. A convincing 13-3 win saw Niory lock in a Round of 16 berth.
