Media: G2 CEO confirms m0NESY departure
G2's CEO Alban Dechelotte took to X last night, following G2's 0-3 drubbing at the hands of Falcons to confirm that their star AWPer m0NESY will be leaving the team, with reports suggesting that m0NESY will rejoin former teammate NiKo at Falcons.
HLTV's report on the matter states that m0NESY will leave G2 immediately after PGL Bucharest 2025 and will make his Falcons debut at the upcoming IEM Melbourne 2025, which kicks off from April 21, 2025. m0NESY's contract expires at the end of the year in December 2025 and G2 decided to sell him now rather than let him go on a free transfer.
