Badmash replaces Victores Sumus in Rivalry Rush: Face Off

Move comes a day before the tournament kicks off

With Bharat Ascend Esports' Rivalry Rush: Face Off set to kick off from later today, Dust2 India has learnt from the new tournament organiser that Victores Sumus will not be taking part in the event.

Victores Sumus will be replaced by team Badmash in the tournament and Badmash will face E-Scalate Gaming in the opening round of games, at 19:00 IST, later on today.

The opening RO16 and quarter-final games will be off-stream games, with the games being streamed live for the public from the semi-finals onwards. The RO16 and quarter-final games will also be BO1 encounters with the event moving to a BO3 schedule from the semi-finals onwards. The semi-finals and final will be held on October 19 and October 20, 2024.

Bharat Ascend plans to host biweekly tournaments with a prize pool of INR 10,000 every week and their circuit kicks off with the Rivalry Rush: Face Off.
