Skyesports AMD GameOn 2024: Open Qualifiers Day 3 Recap

The final day at the Skyesports AMD GameOn 2024 event saw four BO3s take place the four winning teams book their spot in the Closed Qualifier.

Here's a quick look at the results from the third day's action.

Niory Esports 2 - 0 Project Lethals

Niory Esports brought Project Lethals back to after their whitewash the day before as Niory took a 13-11 win on Ancient and then closed out the series on Anubis at 13-8.

Frag Theory 2 - 1 ROG Academy

Frag Theory started their series with a 13-11 win on Ancient before ROG Academy bounced back on Anubis, going 13-9 to tie up the series. On the decider on Dust2, it was Frag Theory running away with the series, taking a 13-6 win to take the match 2-1.

Griffin Esports 2-0 Addicted Indian Gamers

Griffin Esports picked up a clean 2-0 against Addicted Indian Gamers, going 13-2 on Anubis and closing out the series on Dust2 with a 13-6 win.

Team M5 2-0 Extreme Legacy

Team M5 faced Extreme Legacy and in a one-sided affair M5 eased to a 13-2 win on Ancient and then took a 13-4 win on Inferno to wrap up the series 2-0.

The four teams who have qualified to the Closed Qualifiers from the Open Qualifier are:

The four teams will be joined by four invited teams and will battle it out to make it to the LAN Playoffs, set to be held in Hyderabad between November 16 - 17, 2024.
