Spirit keeps Katowice title defence hopes alive

Playing against a hamstrung Virtus.rpo, Spirit ran through electroNic and co. to make it to the semi-finals of IEM Katowice 2025, keeping their hopes of defending their title alive.

With mir stepping in, VP picked Train in hopes of catching Spirit off guard but sh1ro and magixx led a 10 round CT side before donk cleaned up to see Spirit go 13-2. On their own pick of Ancient, mir and FL1T VP in the game, at 5-7 but when donk lays down the law, Spirit locked in a 13-9 win to seal a comfortable 2-0.

Spirit who have suffered one solitary defeat in the tournament at the hands of NAVI, now have a chance to settle the score, when they will face Aleksib and co. in the semi-final.
