MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025 will feature a total of eight teams- the winner of the MESA League Season 4, one team from the Asian qualifier, two teams from the European qualifier alongside two invited teams from Asia and Europe based on the VRS.
The open qualifiers, likely to run a single-elimination bracket will be announced soon. The closed qualifiers for Europe and Asia will take place on 1st and 2nd April 2025. We've been steadily building momentum in the Asia region and the global tier-2 scene. Last year alone, we distributed a $295,000 prize pool and invested over $400,000 in travel, hospitality costs solely for our CS2 and DOTA2 events, fully covered by local sponsorships and commercial opportunities
Amarjargal Altankhuyag, CEO of MESA
The Asian closed qualifier will feature six teams- four invited based on VRS positions and two qualified from the open qualifier. The format for the closed qualifiers has not been revealed yet. The main event will start with a Swiss system, sending teams with two wins forward and eliminating teams with two losses.
The playoffs will be played in an arena with live audience. A single-elimination bo3 bracket concluding with a bo5 grand-final determines the winner. A dedicated third place decider match is also on the cards.
