DogEvil obliterate Only One Word
In the first lower bracket game at the MESA Asian Series 2025, DogEvil faced Only One Word. DogEvil and Only One Word were both coming off of narrow losses in their opening bo1 games.
The first map took us to Anubis where DogEvil's lan put up a stunning 2.67 rating performance on the CT-side, fetching DogEvil a 9-3 half on a map that's known for it's T-side advantages. Only One Word could not secure a single round in the second half as DogEvil closed out Anubis 13-3 and lan finished the map with 25 frags to his name at an ADR of 156.
Things went from bad to worse for Only One Word in the second map, Ancient. Once again DogEvil started on the CT-side and this time it was Roninbaby who went nuclear in the first half. He dropped 20 frags in just the first half as DogEvil secured a flawless 12-0 CT-half. Only One Word ended up conceding a crushing 13-0 against the Chinese on Ancient and ended their MESA Asian Masters 2025 run in the first round of the lower bracket.
After this win, DogEvil now move to the lower-bracket semi-final where they face the losing team from the second upper-bracket semi-final.
