ATOX players banned on FACEIT

The ATOX story keeps plummeting with every new development, with the most recent one revealing that all five players from ATOX have been hammered with a ban on FACEIT. Each of their profiles are now stamped with a banner that says "BANNED FOR ESIC CODE VIOLATION".

ATOX are currently being investigated by ESIC for a potential match fixing scandal. As a result of the ongoing investigation, ATOX have received several suspensions, removing them from ESL, PGL and BLAST events. ATOX were also dropped from the MESA Asian Masters 2025 as the tournament served as the Asian qualifier for PGL Bucharest 2025.

ATOX's ban on FACEIT comes after ESL's announcement of removing the team from all ESL FACEIT Group events including ESEA Leagues. The ban aims to prevent the Mongolian team from entering tournaments and leagues on FACEIT. Whether this ban extends to regular FACEIT matchmaking is not certain yet.
