
Gods Reign pick up crucial points against NinJa
Gods Reign continued their ESL Challenger League Season 49 Asia-Pacific campaign as they took on Chinese squad NinJa in their latest round of games with the Indian team going 1-1 in the two BO1s that took place today, picking up a crucial win with regards to them making the Playoffs.
The opening BO1 saw the action head to Inferno, where late impact on the CT half saw Gods Reign keep the score tied at 6-6. NinJa securing the second pistol saw them go on a four round streak and they dropped just a solitary round on their defensive half as Gods' T side couldn't find a way which saw them go down 7-13. The second BO1 saw the action shift to Anubis where Gods Reign started with a four round CT half thanks to R2B2 before going on a four round streak to kick off the second half to tie up the score. With Ph1NNN and f1redup's AWP getting going on their T side, Gods Reign ran away to a 13-9 win.
Gods Reign's win sees them in #12 place with 18 points, and are three points off the Playoffs places.
