Gods Reign bagged an Asia MRQ invite earlier today

Gods Reign drop down in Asian rankings

Recent ECL results push Gods Reign down

Yesterday's rankings update was a crucial one, deciding which teams were eligible for Major and MRQ invites across different regions. Earlier today BLAST announced the final list of invitees and made it official. With that, the dust settles and lets take a quick look where teams stand in Valve and HLTV's regional rankings update.

Indian team Gods Reign isn't having a great time in the Asian rankings, constantly diving down, update after update. Gods Reign are on a bit of a form slump at the moment having conceded six matches in a row at the ESL Challenger League Season 49: Asia - Regular Season. Combine that with Gods Reign's PGL Astana qualifier and Skyesports Pro League runs and the Indian side has netted just a single map win in their last 10 games.

In HLTV's Asian rankings, Gods Reign have dropped down to 13th place and in Valve's rankings they remain stagnant. Flshbck and VICTORES SUMUS who were at #11 and #12 in the previous VRS update have now dropped down to #17 and #18.

On the Asian side of the Valve Regional Standings Rare Atom replace FlyQuest in the #2 spot and as a result have fetched China an extra Major slot from the Chinese MRQ. The Huns have climbed up a couple places sitting at #4 in the Asian rankings currently and Eruption have dropped down a couple of places going down to #9.
