NIP defeat Furia with a flawless CT side
NIP will now await their next opponent in the 1-1 pool, while Furia is down to their last life with an 0-2 score at the BLAST.TV Paris Major. The Brazilians so far haven't been able to secure a single T side victory in the last CSGO Major.
FURIA kicked off Nuke on the CT side with a pistol round victory and successful conversion. NIP managed to bring out their guns in the third round, scoring their first point, but FURIA kept them in check and extended their lead to 3-1.
FURIA maintained some control in the early stages of the half, reaching six rounds before NIP went on a five-round streak. However, FURIA managed to secure two more rounds, finishing the half with a narrow 8-7 lead.
The game seemed poised to remain close, but NIP started the second half with a pistol-round win and proceeded to dominate the FURIA attack. The Ninjas displayed an impressive performance, closing out the game flawlessly.
The final round showcased a headtr1ck 1v2 clutch with the AWP, highlighting the skills of the talented Ukrainian youngster who proved why he was recruited by the Ninjas. NIP's strong execution and individual prowess secured them a decisive victory.
