Featuring CS2, the first match of ESL Challenger League Season 46: Asia Pacific saw a clash between the ex-5yclone and TheMongolz. The BO3 kicked off on Inferno where 5yclone took on the offensive side.

With k4mi filling in for Moseyuh, they dominated in the first half, earning 8 rounds to their name. Continuing their dominance in the second half, they embarked on a flawless 5-round streak to conclude the game 13-4.

The BO3 continued on Mirage, where TheMongolz kicked the proceedings on the T-side. This time, they put up a tougher fight against 5yclone, managing to snatch six rounds by the conclusion of the first half. Their CT side proved even stronger, granting them an 11-8 lead.

However, as the final rounds unfolded, ex-5yclone mounted a thrilling comeback, with JamYoung's clutch 1v2 play ensuring the match would head into OT. The intensity continued in OT, but it was TheMongolz who ultimately emerged victorious, securing the map with a close 16-14 score-line.

Regrettably, unforeseen circumstances intervened as a power outage forced TheMongolz to forfeit the third map, thereby handing the series win to ex-5yclone.
