Complexity ease past BetBoom

Complexity book top four spot in Sydney

The first Counter-Strike 2 LAN game was the IEM Sydney 2023 quarter-final between Complexity and BetBoom.

Complexity's pick of Anubis was the series opener and it was a dominant T side from Complexity to kick things off as they took a 9-3 lead. JT denied danistzz a second 1v3 to kick off the second half and it was a quick wrap up at 13-6 which saw Complexity draw first blood in the quarter-final.

It was advantage BetBoom at the end of the opening half on their pick of Ancient as they took at 7-5 lead on their T side. Complexity managed to pull out the comeback as they secured the map at 13-11, after losing the second pistol and secured the series 2-0.

The win now secures Complexity's place in the semi-finals and JT's boys will face G2 in the top four game.
