After two days of action in the Rest of Asia Qualifiers, where 18 Indian teams had signed up, we have 2 remaining teams, with Gods Reign and 2ez Gaming making sure the Indian representative is still alive in the Asia Closed Qualifiers.

Gods Reign on the brink of history ◴ 18:25
The first day of the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 Asia RMR Closed Qualifier had two Indian teams taking part, in Gods Reign and 2ez Gaming. Gods Reign wiped RESILIENCE and pipped SR Nacague to move to the upper bracket final and now are two wins away from booking their spot in the RMR.
2ez Gaming, unlike Gods Reign had a tougher time, as they went down to SR Nacague 10-13 and will battle for survival in the lower bracket against RESILIENCE tomorrow. Gods Reign will be in action against the winner of the MythAvenue Gaming and Dewa United game on January 21, 2024 in the Upper Bracket Final.

Gods Reign books upper bracket final spot ◴ 17:43
Gods Reign faced SR Nacague in the upper bracket semi-final of the Asia Closed Qualifier with the action taking place on Overpass. Even though it was a struggle in the second half, Gods Reign managed to hold on to close it out at 13-11 to book their spot in the Upper Bracket final.

Gods Reign have thumped RESILIENCE down to the lower bracket with a dominant 13-3 win on Overpass. Crazy_GAMER and f1redup propelled Gods Reign off to great start and the rest tagged along on the way to secure a 10-2 CT-half and eventually a 13-3 win, dropping just a single round in the second half.
