Legacy Esports through to semi-finals over FIREDUP Gaming

The quarter-final between FIREDUP Gaming and Legacy Esports kicked off on Mirage, where despite winning the CT pistol, FIREDUP faltered during the start of the first map. As a result, Legacy Esports got the momentum on the T-side and secured a 9-3 halftime score. L0ngBarrel paved the way with a K/D of 29/9, as Legacy Esports secured a 13-5 victory on the first map.

Next up was Vertigo, where FIREDUP Gaming dominated on the T-side by establishing a 6-1 lead. However, Legacy Esports found the resurgence, clawing their way back to a 5-7 score. However, FIREDUP looked even stronger on the defensive side, as despite losing the force buy, they built up a 12- 6 lead. Ultimately, they sealed the map with a 13-7 win.

The final map was Overpass, where Legacy Esports again found their footing early on their T-side, finding an initial 6-0 lead. While FIREDUP fought back towards the end of the first half, they could only manage 4 rounds on their CT half. While it was L0ngBarrel on the first map, it was EaazyBoost doing most of the heavy lifting for the team, as his 22 frags helped Legacy Esports deny comeback and secure a 13-8 victory on the final map.
