Another Asian team at IEM Chengdu 2024 confirmed

There will be 3 home teams taking part in the upcoming IEM Chengdu 2024 following ESL's announcement that Monte has been replaced by Steel Helmet for the tournament. Monte misses out due to 'travel issues' and home team Steel Helmet will replace them at the event.

The Chinese team has a host of former TYLOO members in captainMo, DD and Attacker and have one of the oldest average age for a team in the event. With Steel Helmet joining the team list, there will be three Chinese teams at the event with TYLOO and Lynn Vision already having secured their place earlier. With more home teams, it will be to the delight of the home fans.

Steel Helmet will start their campaign against Astralis on the opening day, 08/04/2024.
