Rare Atom eliminate TYLOO
With Summer and AhaNg racking up massive frags early in the game, Rare Atom got off to a solid 5-0 start on the T-side of Ancient but TYLOO didn't let things get out of hand and clawed back a 5-7 half, still in favor of Rare Atom.
Despite conceding the pistol and anti-eco in the second half TYLOO caught up to Rare Atom at 8-9. With a string of successful retakes, Rare Atom took the game away from TYLOO, closing out Ancient 13-9 to go 1-0 up in the series.
After initial back and forth trades in Inferno, JamYoung and advent stepped up for TYLOO to get ahead of the curve at 5-2, eventually converting it into an 8-4 half in their favor. TYLOO blew Rare Atom out of the water, dropping just a single round on their CT-side to close out Inferno 13-5.
The Summer-AhaNg duo proved troublesome for TYLOO in early-Mirage with the duo dropping 13 frags each in a span of 7 rounds to propel Rare Atom to a 7-0 start but TYLOO negated the threat and recovered the half 5-7, off of a 5-rounds streak.
Dropping just three rounds on their T-side, Rare Atom closed out Mirage 13-7, eliminating TYLOO in the consolidation final of the Esports World Cup 2024 Asia Closed Qualifier. Rare Atom have now set up a rematch against TheMongolz in the grand final.
