The MongolZ sent home from Jönköping by Falcons
The Group A decider game at ESL Challenger Jönköping 2024 saw The MongolZ face the decorated Falcons squad with a semi-final spot on the line for both teams.
Dust2 was the series opener and after a couple of force buy trades to kick things off it was Falcons taking charge starting with a big lead before The MongolZ pulled it to all rounds of regulation. Falcons hung on for a narrow 13-11 win to make sure they didn't lose their own map pick.
While The MongolZ looked like they are in control of their own map pick on Mirage, a Maden special powered an incredible T side from the Falcons, which saw them pick up a 13-9 win to lock in a 2-0 series win.
The Falcons now move into the semi-finals of ESL Challenger Jönköping 2024 and will take on ENCE in an exciting rematch of the former-ENCE core at Falcons.
