BnTeT and co. book upper bracket final in Asia RMR Closed Qualifier

In Alter Ego's upper bracket semi-final clash against niory an all-round effort with three of Alter Ego's players putting up HLTV ratings in excess of 1.40 propelled the team into the upper bracket final where they either face Indian team Gods Reign or their upper bracket semi-final opponents Forward.

The bo1 took us to Dust2, the latest addition (reintroduction) to the competitive map pool. Starting on the CT-side, Alter Ego put up a hefty 8-4 lead off the back of BnTeT's 2.01 rating CT-side performance. BnTeT, XigN and WasteOfAmmo dropped 11 frags a piece on Alter Ego's CT-side.

In the second half, Niory won the pistol round and converted the anti-eco to kick things off but nothing really went in their favor after that, as aidKiT and Freeman toppled the CT-defense, securing crucial early picks in Alter Ego's favor. Alter Ego closed out Dust2 13-8, sending Niory down to the lower bracket.
